Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of BRDigital's services.

1. Services
BRDigital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content marketing, branding, website and e-commerce development. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service fees are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend is billed separately and paid directly to the relevant ad platform (Google, Meta, etc.) using accounts owned by the client. Late payments may result in pause of active services until the account is brought current.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client (designs, website code, ad creative, written content) become the property of the client, except for any third-party tools, frameworks, stock assets or proprietary BRDigital methodologies used in their creation, which remain the property of their respective owners.
Portfolio Rights
BRDigital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies and marketing materials, unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we apply industry best practices to every campaign, digital marketing results are influenced by factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions and competitor activity. BRDigital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice after the initial minimum term has been completed. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rewari, Haryana.
