Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds for retainers, projects and ad spend.

1. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer fees for services such as SEO, social media management and paid ads management cover work performed during that billing cycle and are non-refundable once work has commenced, as strategist time, ad platform setup and creative production begin immediately.
2. One-Time Projects (Website, Branding, etc.)
For fixed-scope projects such as website design or brand identity, a non-refundable deposit (typically 40–50% of project value) is required to begin work. Should a client cancel after work has begun, fees are payable in proportion to work completed, as assessed by BRDigital.
3. Advertising Spend
Ad spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta is non-refundable through BRDigital, as it is governed by the respective platform's own billing and refund policies.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the terms above, email support@brdigital.in with your account details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
